Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided based on the following schedule:

Please review the cancellation, withdrawal, and refund terms that apply to Su Yun’s programs, classes, and summer camps before completing enrollment.

• If cancellation request is made at least 30 days prior to camp start date, refund amount would be 100% of paid amount less a $25/session cancellation fee.

• If cancellation request is made at least 15 days prior to camp start date, refund amount would be 50% of paid amount less a $25/session cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be issued within 15 days prior to camp start date.

For credit card payments made through ActivityHero, please note that processing fees are non-refundable, so the refund amount would be based on original camp fees.
